INTAG educational systems deliver real-world science. For K-12, higher education, and workforce development, INTAG’s sustainable aquaponic systems provide powerful learning environments for career-oriented, project-based learning across the full spectrum of science, technology, engineering, and mathematics (STEM), agriculture, and business education.
Students learn all phases of design, installation, operation, and maintenance of aquaponic systems. Educational programs are focused on career pathways in STEM and include real-world training in systems design, food production, localized agriculture, food safety, marketing, entrepreneurship, and commercial distribution of the products (fish, fruit, and vegetables).
INTAG works with over eighty schools throughout Pennsylvania, Maryland, and Hawaii, providing aquaponic and hydroponic systems designed to excite students and support innovative education tracks in STEM education.
