DAVID K. FOSTER, PhD

LEAD SCIENTIST

Dr. David Foster oversees Scientific research and advanced product development for INTAG. He is an accomplished botanist and has been a Professor of Environmental Science and Biology for over 20 years. His focus includes the development of new crops, application of biotechnology and alternate lighting strategies to reduce pests and speed crop cycles and the incorporation of these advances in to secondary and post-secondary education. He is Professor of Biology and Environmental Science at Messiah College and a visiting faculty member at Central Pennsylvania Research and Teaching Laboratory for Biofuels. Dr. Foster‘s degrees are in Biology (Eastern University, 1990); MS in Conservation Biology and Sustainable Development and PhD in Botany (UW- Madison 1993, 1998). He holds Naturalist and Environmental Analyst certificates from AuSable Institute where he serves as Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees.
